Accommodation in  a Luxury 2-bedroom villa(4 adults) –  €260 / BGN 508.52   per night with breakfast included.

**Children up to 6 years old (inclusive) stay free of charge

**Children from 7 to 12 years old (inclusive) on an extra bed – pay 50% of the price of a regular bed.

**Children over 13 years old pay 75% of the price of a regular bed

*For up to 15 registered people, a 3-course set menu is offered, for 16+ people – a buffet.

• Lunch/Dinner at Vietnamese restaurant CHAO: 3-course menu – €16 / 31.29 lv per person; 5-course menu – €23 / 44.98 lv per person; 7-course menu – €28 / 54.76 lv per person

*The above prices for fixed menus include a 10% discount.

• Mulled wine and chestnuts: €10 / 19.55 lv per person
• Pet accommodation: €8 / BGN 15.65 per day (accommodation takes place in certain types of rooms).
• A free baby bed (crib) can be placed in any room type –

upon prior request and availability.

Reservations and cancellations:

• A reservation is guaranteed after payment of 50% of the total amount, no later than 7 days after it is made.
• The deposit for a guaranteed reservation can be refunded up to 7 days before the check-in date.
