The concept behind CHAO by Local Stay

Driven by our desire to introduce visitors to CHAO by Local Stay to the vast Vietnamese cuisine, our professional chefs prepare different traditional dishes every week, combining them into tasting menus.

The restaurant operates on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and our guests can choose from 3, 5, or 7-course lunch and dinner menus.

Hot Pot Experience

In addition to the traditional menus, our guests can also reserve a special Hot Pot Vietnamese Experience. Hot Pot is a traditional Asian cooking technique performed right before your eyes, at your table!

Our chefs will transport you to Vietnam, selecting the finest seafood, tender beef, fresh vegetables, and aromatic spices that will make your senses celebrate!
