Local Stay is not just a hotel offering accommodation and meals, but a place with attention to detail and attitude where you can feel at home. Every guest of ours is our friend, and every friend of ours is our kindred spirit. Local Stay is the people who visit us and embrace the place as their own, coming back again and again.
About Us
The complex opened its doors back in 2008 under the name Pirin Residence. In 2020, due to the pandemic, we decided to embark on a new strategy and create a place that people would associate with their new home in the mountains, without making substantial investments in real estate. We renovated and rebranded Pirin Residence as Local Stay, focusing on the active individual and a departure from typical all-inclusive tourism.
We directed our attention to adventurers, people who value the quality of life and the balance between work and personal life. We also pioneered the “workation” concept in Bulgaria by creating co-working spaces in the complex and everything needed for a remote office in the mountains.
We love food and wine enthusiasts, so we created unique restaurants for the region – the international “CAVA” and the Vietnamese “CHAO.”
Our kindred spirits are people who value their quality of life and actively take care of their bodies and minds. For them, we created a fantastic yoga, dance, and group exercise studio where everyone can practice their favourite activities or meditate amidst breathtaking panoramic views.
Since the beginning of 2024, Local Stay has officially become part of the global chain Best Western Hotels & Resorts!
