Accommodation in an air-conditioned LUXURY INDEPENDENT VILLA with 2 bedrooms (4 regular beds) – 260 EUR per night

- Children up to 5.99 years old stay free of charge on an extra bed with two full-paying adults.
- Children from 6 to 11.99 years old on an extra bed pay 11.00 EUR with two full-paying adults.
- Adults and children over 12 years old are charged EUR 23.00 per night for an extra bed.
All prices are in EURO, based on regular beds and include:
- Overnight stay in an air-conditioned luxury villa;
- Rich buffet breakfast at CAVA restaurant;
- Possibility to order breakfast in bed – upon prior request at reception on the day of check-in;
- Use of the Local Relax Center: outdoor pool (open as long as weather conditions allow), Finnish sauna, salt room, heated armchairs, outdoor heated jacuzzi;
- 20% discount on the spa menu for massages (with prior reservation);

Reservation and cancellation policy:
Upon reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required within 7 days after confirmation by the hotel. The remaining amount is due within 5 days before check-in;
- Free cancellation of the reservation – up to 5 days before arrival;
- If cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, a fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged;
- If the guest does not show up, the advance payment will not be refunded.
