December 30 – Welcome!
17:00 – 19:00 Warm welcome – We start the festive fiesta with a glass of aromatic mulled wine and the scent of warm roasted chestnuts .
19:30 – 22:30 Rich buffet dinner – Enjoy first-class culinary delights prepared by our chefs.
21:00 Cozy Movie Night – Time for favorite movies with crispy popcorn – fun for young and older children.
21:30 – 23:30 Cuban Exotics: Rum and Cigars with Luis Alberto – Exclusive tasting and presentation with a true expert from Havana, Cuba. (Price: €39.00 per person, includes 2 specially selected cigars and 2 shots of authentic Cuban rum).
December 31 – New Year’s Eve festive program
07:30 – 10:00 Fresh Start – Delicious and varied breakfast buffet.
13:30 – 16:00 Local Warm Up & BBQ – Outdoor winter party with aromatic grill (BBQ at lunch) and a special “Rakiya and Pickles” station for a perfect festive mood.
20:00 – 02:00 NEW YEAR’S EVE GALA DINNER – We welcome the New Year with a festive atmosphere, an exciting musical program and many surprises!
02:00 Traditional midnight welcome – A warm and invigorating finale to the night with classic tripe soup or exotic Vietnamese “Phu” soup.
Note: All tables are designed for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 20 guests. For reservations for fewer than 4 guests, seating will be at a table, together with other guests. Reservations for a specific table cannot be accepted.
New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Menu:
- Fresh Start : Mixed green salads with caramelized pineapple and hazelnuts; traditional Balkan salad; classic Caesar with juicy shrimp; Baby Caprese; roasted beets with delicate French goat cheese.
- Exquisite appetizers : Fine smoked salmon with capers; a selection of premium Spanish and Bulgarian cheeses and sausages; crispy tartlets with cheese mousse; marinated seafood; special savory cake.
- Festive main courses: Whole roasted piglet, veal steaks with boletus sauce, pork tenderloin, stuffed chicken fillet with wild mushrooms and walnuts, salmon fillet with parmesan crust.
- Appetizing side dishes: baked sweet potato with rosemary and thyme, grilled asparagus, saffron rice, healthy steamed romanesco.
- Sweet finish: Fruits and desserts.
- Traditional banitsa with fortune cookies , bread, bread and a mix of warm buns.
- Additives and various dressings.
- Midnight soup (tripe and traditional Vietnamese FU soup).
- Unlimited drinks: Unlimited soft drinks and an open alcoholic bar until midnight. Drinks after midnight are not included in the package price, are served from the menu at CAVA restaurant and are charged additionally.
January 1 – Shared beginning and relaxation
09:00 – 14:00 New Year’s Brunch at CAVA Restaurant – Stay up late and enjoy a long, leisurely and delicious brunch to start the year.
16:00 – 17:30 Holiday quiz with prizes – Time for fun, laughter and… a traditional break with refreshing cabbage juice!
17:30 – 19:30 Quiet Games Tournament – Friendly, competitive battles of belote, backgammon, chess and other favorite games by the fireplace .
19:30 – 22:30 Buffet dinner – A cozy end to the day with a rich culinary variety.
20:30 Second Movie Night – Shared moments in front of the screen with delicious popcorn for young and old.
21:30 – 23:30 Rum and Cigars with Luis Alberto – Second chance for those who missed the exotic Cuban experience on the first night. (Price: €39.00 per person).

- Children up to 5.99 years old stay free of charge on an extra bed with two /four full-paying adults . Optionally, a surcharge of €35 is charged for a festive envelope.
- Children from 6 to 11.99 years old on an extra bed pay 279.00 EUR with two / four full-paying adults.
- Adults and children over 12 years old on an extra bed pay 469EUR.

All prices are in EURO, per room with mandatory occupancy of regular beds and include:
- Overnight stay in a mountain studio, alpine-style apartment or luxury villa;
- Rich buffet breakfast at CAVA restaurant;
- All activities and holiday experiences on December 30 and 31, described in the program;
- Festive buffet dinner at CAVA restaurant on December 31st ;
- Use of the Local Relax Center: Finnish sauna, steam bath, salt room, heated armchairs, outdoor heated jacuzzi;
- Kids’ corner – table tennis, board games, PS5 & VR;
- Use of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel;
