The offer includes dinners and is valid for all weekends (Friday and Saturday) in October and November 2026.
Overnight stay for 2 in a mountain Studio – 100 euros per night per room;
Overnight stay for 2 in a One-Bedroom Apartment – 110 euros per night per room;
Overnight stay for 4 people in a Two-Bedroom Apartment – 220 euros per night per room;
Overnight stay for 4 people in a Luxury detached villa – 330 euros per night per room;
- Children up to 5.99 years old stay free of charge on an extra bed with two full-paying adults.
- Children from 6 to 11.99 years old on an extra bed pay 24.00 EUR with two full-paying adults.
- Adults and children over 12 years old are charged EUR 46.00 per night for an extra bed.
- Single accommodation – 75% of the base price for the respective room is calculated for the number of regular beds
Maximum capacity of the premises:
- Studio – 2 adults
- One-Bedroom Apartment – 2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 Adults
- 2-Bedroom Apartment – 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults
- Luxury Detached Villa – 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults
All prices are in EURO, per day, per room based on regular beds and include:
- Overnight stay in a mountain studio, alpine-style apartment or luxury villa;
- Rich buffet breakfast at CAVA restaurant;
- Buffet dinner at CAVA restaurant;
- Use of the Local Relax Center: outdoor pool ( open as long as weather conditions allow) , Finnish sauna, salt room, heated armchairs, outdoor heated jacuzzi;
- Kids’ corner – table tennis, board games, PS5 & VR;
- Use of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel;
- Outdoor secure parking;
- Early check-in subject to availability;
- Insurance, VAT and tourist tax.
Other surcharges:
- Presentation and tasting of cigars with Luis Alberto – a long-time expert from Havana; the package includes a high-quality selected cigar, as well as a professional presentation and consultation in Bulgarian or English. – EUR 25.00 per person
- Pet accommodation – 10 EUR per day (please, find out about the conditions for accommodation with pets on our website)
Reservation and cancellation policy:
When booking, a prepayment of 30 % of the total amount of the reservation is required within 7 days after confirmation by the hotel. The remaining amount is due within 5 days before check-in;
- Free cancellation of the reservation – up to 5 days before arrival;
- If cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, a fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged;
- If the guest does not show up, the advance payment will not be refunded.
