Single Occupancy Rate for all accommodations is 75% of the total amount of the studio/apartment.

General reservation terms:
- The prices for overnight stays are final, in Bulgarian Lev, per room with breakfast and dinner included. Prices for all other described additional services are include 9% and 20% VAT.
Confirmation and Payment Conditions:
- After confirmation of the reservation from our side, a deposit of 30% of the total approximate amount is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
- The total amount of the accommodation is payable at the reception – upon check-in.
- Reservations that are not confirmed and prepaid within the specified deadlines are considered invalid.
- Cancellations and changes without penalty are accepted up to 7 days before check-in.
